This globally sourced sourdough starter came from a very well known Sourdough Chef. This is a descendant of his very same starter that has made over 30,000 loaves of bread. Unlike those random starters you find online, this one has actually been used to make more bread than you could ever imagine. 

The chef has been using this starter for many years and we were fortunate to get my hands on this starter. It bakes up beautifully and is hearty and strong!
